These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of coaching services and the sale of vintage collectables by Polly Repocketed ("I," "me," "my," "the seller/coach") to you ("the client," "the buyer," "you"). By engaging my coaching services or purchasing items from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and contact me with any questions before proceeding.

SECTION A: COACHING SERVICES

1. Scope of Coaching Services

The "Reclaim: A 12-Week Life Realignment Programme" is a coaching container designed to provide guidance, support, reflection and actionable strategies tailored to your personal goals and life transitions.

Important Disclaimer: Coaching is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical or mental health advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical treatment, please contact a qualified healthcare professional. Coaching is not therapy, and I am not a therapist or counsellor.

All decisions and actions taken as a result of our coaching work together are your responsibility.

2. What's Included in Your 12-Week Program

Your investment includes:

  • 6 x 1-hour coaching sessions (scheduled fortnightly over 12 weeks)

  • Between-session reflection exercises and resources

  • Direct message access for non-crisis support (I will respond within 48 hours)

  • Access to any supporting guides I deem necessary throughout the programme

  • 1 x final integration session

Sessions will be held online via Zoom or another mutually agreed platform.

3. Bookings and Scheduling

Initial Session Booking: Your first session will be scheduled upon receipt of full payment (or first instalment).

Rescheduling: Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice. I will do my best to accommodate reschedules within the 12-week window.

Cancellations: Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund. In exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency), I may reschedule at my discretion.

Missed Sessions: If you miss a scheduled session without notice or an adequate cancellation notice, the session will be forfeited. You will not receive a refund for missed sessions.

4. Payment Terms for Coaching

Payment for the 12-week coaching program must be made in accordance with one of the following options:

  • Option 1 – Full Payment: £2,000 due in full before your first session.

  • Option 2 – Two Instalments: £1,000 due before your first session, and £1,000 due at the start of week 7.

  • Option 3 – Three Instalments: £667 due before your first session, £667 due at the start of week 5, and £667 due at the start of week 9.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or debit/credit card (via Stripe or similar).

Late payment: If an instalment payment is not received by the agreed date, I reserve the right to pause or suspend coaching services until full payment is made.

5. Refunds and Cancellations (Coaching)

No refunds will be provided once coaching services have commenced. This includes partial refunds for unused sessions.

  • Exception: If you are dissatisfied with the coaching after your first session, please contact me directly within 7 days to discuss your concerns. I will aim to resolve issues or discuss alternatives.

  • Rescheduling unused sessions: If you have a remaining session at the end of the 12 weeks due to scheduling or circumstances, we may reschedule it within 30 days of the program end date (subject to my availability). Sessions must be used by this date or they will be forfeited.

6. Direct Message Access

Direct message access is available between sessions via email or WhatsApp (as previously agreed). I will respond to non-crisis messages within 48 business hours.

  • This access is not a substitute for scheduled sessions and is intended for brief check-ins, clarifications or support during the program. Extensive back-and-forth messaging that requires extended coaching should be discussed in your scheduled sessions or addressed in a follow-on program.

  • Crisis support: If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services (999 in the UK) or a mental health crisis line. I am not equipped to provide crisis intervention.

7. Intellectual Property (Coaching)

All materials provided during coaching, including workbooks, templates, reflection exercises, frameworks and written resources, remain my intellectual property and are provided for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, share, redistribute or sell these materials without written permission. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary methods or materials I share during our work together.

8. Client Responsibilities

Coaching services are delivered based on the information, honesty and engagement you provide. I cannot be held responsible for issues or outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, withheld or misleading information.

Your attendance, engagement and implementation of insights between sessions are crucial to the success of this program. I can guide and support you, but the work is ultimately yours.

9. Confidentiality (Coaching)

All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Exception: If you disclose information that indicates a risk of harm to yourself or others, I may be required to break confidentiality and contact appropriate authorities or services.

10. Limitation of Liability (Coaching)

While I am committed to delivering high-quality coaching, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from the program. Coaching is a collaborative process, and your commitment to the work significantly influences the results you achieve.

I will not be held liable for any financial, business, personal, emotional or other losses arising from the use of my coaching services, the decisions you make based on our work together, or the outcomes of those decisions.

11. Termination of Coaching Services

By you: You may terminate the coaching program at any time with 7 days' written notice. However, refunds will not be provided for the remaining sessions. You will be responsible for paying for any services already delivered.

By me: I reserve the right to terminate our coaching relationship if:

  • Payment is not received as agreed

  • You are not engaging honestly or respectfully in the process

  • The relationship is not serving your best interests

  • You disclose information that suggests you require professional support beyond coaching (e.g., mental health crisis)

Termination will be communicated with 7 days' written notice. You will be responsible for paying for all services delivered up to the termination date.

12. Changes to Coaching Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes that impact your active coaching agreement will be communicated directly.

SECTION B: VINTAGE COLLECTIBLES SALES

13. Nature of Items

All items sold are vintage, pre-owned collectables, primarily from the 1990s. As such, they will show varying degrees of age-related wear, which may include fading, scuffs, missing parts, sun damage, or general signs of use. The condition of each item is described as accurately as possible in the individual listing.

Items are not toys intended for play by children and may not meet current toy safety standards. They are sold purely as collectibles for adult collectors.

Please read all listing descriptions and review all photographs carefully before purchasing.

14. Listings and Descriptions

Each item is listed individually with photographs and a written condition description. I make every effort to describe items accurately and honestly. If you have any questions about a specific item before buying, please contact me via the website contact form or email prior to purchase.

Descriptions refer only to the individual item pictured and listed, not to any general expectation of what that item may look like in mint or sealed condition.

15. Payment (Collectibles)

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through my website checkout or via a payment method previously agreed (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

Accepted payment methods are those available through my website (including PayPal and debit/credit card) or as otherwise specified in the listing.

16. Postage and Delivery

Items will be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the listing. I take care to pack all items securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

Postage costs are as stated in the listing. I am not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any other courier once the item has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided where available.

International postage: I do not post internationally. All sales are UK-based only.

17. Returns and Refunds (Collectables)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives significantly not as described, please contact me via my website contact form in the first instance and I will do my best to resolve the matter.

Items returned must be in the same condition as received and packed securely. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was not as described.

Refunds will not be issued for items where the condition was accurately described in the listing and the buyer has changed their mind about the purchase.

18. Intellectual Property (Collectibles)

All photographs and written descriptions in my listings are my own work and remain my intellectual property. They may not be copied, reproduced or used elsewhere without my written permission.

SECTION C: GENERAL TERMS

19. Data and Confidentiality

Any personal information shared with me through the course of a transaction or coaching engagement (such as your name, delivery address, email or payment details) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or delivering your coaching services. This information will not be shared with third parties, except where required to complete delivery, process payment, or as required by law.

20. Lawful Use

All services and items must be purchased and used for lawful purposes only. You confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive the items or services ordered in your country of residence.

21. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or complaints about your coaching services or collectables purchase, please contact me directly to discuss the matter. I will aim to resolve issues fairly and respectfully.

22. Limitation of Liability (General)

I make every effort to describe items and deliver services with care. However, I cannot be held liable for any loss in value, disappointment or damage caused by factors outside my control, including postal transit, or where item condition was clearly stated in the listing.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
