Delivery & Returns

At Polly Repocketed, I want every purchase, big or small, to feel like a good one. Here's everything you need to know about delivery and returns. If anything's unclear, just drop me a message at [email protected].

Digital Products

My Notion templates and other digital products are delivered electronically and are available to access immediately upon purchase.

Because digital products are accessed instantly, all digital product sales are final. I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the template link has been delivered or accessed, even if you've changed your mind or haven't yet used it.

If you're having a technical issue duplicating or accessing your template, please get in touch at [email protected] and I'll do my best to help you sort it out.

Physical Products

I take care to describe and photograph my physical products accurately, but if your item arrives significantly not as described (for example, damaged, faulty, or substantially different from the listing), please get in touch and I'll do my best to make it right.

To request a return or refund on a physical item:

Email [email protected] with your order number or details.
Include clear photos and/or a video showing the issue.
I'll review and get back to you with next steps; this might mean a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the issue.

I'm a small shop, so I appreciate your patience while I work through these on a case-by-case basis.

Changed your mind?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, no fault needed. To do this, just email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery letting me know you'd like to cancel.

Once I've received the item back in the condition it was sent, I'll refund the price paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days.

Please note: for no-fault returns (i.e. you've simply changed your mind), return postage is your responsibility and isn't refunded. For items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, I'll cover the return postage cost.

Shipping & Delivery

I ship to the UK, USA, and EU.
Orders are sent via InPost or Evri.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from dispatch (international orders may take a little longer, typically between 7-15 days).
Shipping is a flat rate for parcels up to 15kg: UK £3.49, USA £13, EU £10.50. You'll only be charged once per order, providing the package is below 15kg.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged on international orders. These vary by country, are set by local customs authorities, and are outside of my control. I'm unable to predict, cover, or refund them.

Sustainable Packaging

I reuse packaging materials whenever possible to reduce waste and our environmental impact. This means your order will arrive securely packaged, but the box or wrapping might look a little interesting (think recycled, repurposed, or previously loved!). I promise your items are well-protected, and I love knowing my packaging gets a second life. 💜
